During normal business hours, you should ALWAYS contact our office directly to report the claim. One of the valuable services our office provides you is advice on submitting your claim to your insurer. If this is after-hours and not an emergency situation, such as a minor fender-bender or a smaller non-critical loss at your home, we would prefer you wait until morning and report the claim to our office. If you have had a larger loss, such as:
  • a car accident where there is significant damage to your car or someone else’s,
  • anyone involved in the car accident suffered injuries,
  • you have major damage to you home, such as a fire or your sewers have backed up,
